Just a short walk down the block lies Hampton's beautiful beach, playground, and boardwalk. Not only are we are located in the heart of the beaches activities, but we are also one of the best locations for viewing the Wednesday night fireworks during the summer! Our beautiful private courtyards are a nice place to sit in sun or shade. They can provide for family gatherings up to 25 people with access to picnic tables and charcoal grills. Our location is only 15 minutes south of Portsmouth, 10 minutes east of Exeter and 15 minutes north of Newburyport. During the winter months, business persons and others traveling the Seacoast find this to be an excellent working and living location, as all units have high speed internet and are a short distance from the main highways! Whatever your needs, we strive to make your housing a special place during your stay away from home.

"Ocean Air Suites is home away from home and a huge upgrade from the typical beach motel. Having a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a separate bedroom and a large bathroom with laundry was amazing! "My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple of nights for a girls getaway. She had never been to Hampton Beach. We had a fantastic time. The owner met us when we checked in and we also met the maintenance guy. Great people, took care of all of our needs. They went above and beyond and the room/apt was absolutely perfect. Much better than expected. We were able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants even with an ankle that was broken and not completely healed. Could not have asked for a better location or place to stay. The communication was on point. I look forward to staying at Ocean Air again soon. Thank you!!"
